Anhui United Pipeline Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZYfire Hose Corporation (Stock Code: 871694), a publicly listed company. The company is located in Chuzhou, Anhui, China, just half an hour’s drive from the Nanjing Metropolitan Area, the core city of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone.
With the vision of “Becoming a world-leading high-tech pipeline company”, Anhui United Pipeline focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of flexible reinforced thermoplastic composite pipes (RTP). With proprietary core technology, we have mastered the design and manufacturing of the product’s key structural processes.
The company works closely with leading universities including Southeast University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing Tech University, Changzhou University, Nanjing Institute of Technology, and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. Our R&D team is led by six PhDs, including two overseas scholars, ensuring strong innovation capability.
Technological innovation is our core strategy for sustainable development. Our testing center has been accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), with both nationally and internationally recognized testing capabilities. We have established the Anhui Province Enterprise R&D Center, Chuzhou City Enterprise Technology Center, and Chuzhou City Digital Workshop. To date, we have filed 38 patents, 29 of which have been granted, and we have obtained certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API (American Petroleum Institute), and TS certification.
The company covers an area of 200,000 m², with a plant construction area of 150,000 m², equipped with more than 100 sets of advanced R&D, production, and testing equipment. All production lines use intelligent high-end equipment. Through product structural design, material modification, and process optimization, we have achieved localized and standardized application across the entire industrial chain. By innovating and upgrading RTP production lines, we developed and applied the industry’s first set of key equipment, significantly enhancing product competitiveness.
The main products of ZYfire Group, including RTP, layflat polyurethane hoses, and wear-resistant composite steel pipes with polyurethane lining, are widely used in oil and gas extraction, mineral development, slurry transportation, emergency rescue, industry, mining, agriculture, and municipal engineering. Our products are exported to more than 70 countries and regions, including Europe, America, and the Middle East.
